Based in New Hudson, Michigan, Larry Gaynor has led TNG Worldwide as president and CEO since 1985 and provided technology-driven retail fulfillment solutions. In total, Larry Gaynor oversees the manufacture of more than 2,000 beauty products across signature brands such as ForPro Professional Collection, EMMA BEAUTY, and Ginger Lily Farms.

Through e-commerce platforms, Mr. Gaynor has partnered with diverse companies in ensuring their sustained success. Having made a major investment in automation, his company has set in place systems that optimize product selection, packaging, and shipping. With real time data generated on inventory and shipping status, customers receive ordered product with the highest levels of efficiency.

In tandem with his wife, Mr. Gaynor has a strong philanthropic commitment that has included TNG’s role as founding sponsor of Detroit’s STRIDES event. In total, $2 million has been raised through the American Cancer Society initiative for charity. Larry Gaynor has also partnered with his alma mater, Michigan State University, in creating the $3 million endowed Gaynor Entrepreneurial Lab.
